Ton Ton Ramen & Yakitori: A Culinary Journey through Authentic Japanese Flavors

Unreal. The broth was rich and I just loved everything about this restaurant. You can add the chilli paste for your ramen and it was HOT! If you wonder what it taste like, it’s like those spicy rice popper snack from Trader Joe’s. It was a perfect match for my ramen. And all the skewers were very nice!

Didn't expect to have nice Japanese cuisine here. The ramen and gyoza were really tasty. The ramen is American style so if you are looking for 100% authentic maybe not up to the level.

Visited Ton Ton Ramen at lunch time with a friend on 9/1/2024. Ordered the tonkatsu ramen. Delicious, as usual. Luckily the place was not crowded. It usually is on Friday and Saturday nights. This was my first time to go on a Sunday. Food, service and price were great. Highly recommended.

If you like ramen, you need to try the pork ramen here. I think this is a hidden gem in the plethora of restaurants in Ponce City Market. I’ve eaten at Ponce many times and passed this gem up each time until now. I’m glad I didn’t pass it up this time and I’ll be back. The ramen is fresh, tasty, and artfully done. If you’re watching your salt intake, try the poke bowl because it’s also extremely tasty; either choice is a win. The wait staff was friendly with a smile. The dining space is small, but they also have a ramen bar option, too.

Order their classic tonkatsu. It was prepared quite well; the taste was excellent and portion size was quite good. Ramen had lot of corn kernels which I haven’t seen in other places - would have preferred that to be in fewer quantity. Although, it didn’t really comprise the taste. Keeping the spicy sauce on the side was a good idea!

Poke and the dry ramen were very good! So were all the appetizers they offer, especially the wings. Even when busy on a Saturday afternoon, we were seated quickly and food didn’t take long to come. Would come again :)

Come to Ponce City Market often and never got the chance to try the ramen until today. Loved the gyoza to start off with, dipping sauce was really good. Had the veggie ramen and it was a hearty bowl full of veggies before I even saw the noodles lol. Worth the money and the service was quick. Would come again

Ton Ton Ramen was so delicious. We went today to Ponce City Market, and decided to get lunch after walking the belt line. I had never had ramen before, but now i will be a recurring customer! I got the Vegetable Ramen, and it was so hearty and yummy. I cleared my bowl! Stop by Ton Ton after your time at Ponce and get some Ramen! We were in and out in 20 minutes! :)
